The tri-salad platter was a little smaller portion than I expected, regular ice cream scoop size. Chicken salad was diced chicken breast w/ mayo, green pepper, a few cashews, 2 mandarin orange sections, tuna salad was plain, fresh pineapple garnish, 2 black olives. Best part of this dish was crab salad. It had red onion, dill, lite sauce. Served with yeast rolls.November 28, 2016
