I called to make sure it was sugar-free, and they said it was. However, it was most definitely not sugar-free as you can tell by the taste, and it sent my blood sugar "through the roof"! Even if a mistake was made twice, I still appreciate honesty and getting the correct drink to enjoy. I look forward to drinking Starbucks every chance I get, but customer service is really what makes the customers come back. Other than the problem I experienced today, this Starbucks makes great drinks. They just may need some work on customer service. Of course, everyone makes mistakes, but just own up to the mistakes when you make them, and do what you can to keep your customers coming back.February 16, 2017
